Hey there,

Well after the 2.3 Patch AV was changed, read below.
(taken from WoW-Forum)

-Each team starts with 600 reinforcements, everytime an enemy player dies, or an enemy objective (such as a tower) is destroyed, the reinforcement count drops.
-Capturing mines, will slowly regenerate reinforcements for your team.
-Destroying towers no longer spawns a warmaster at your base, only despawns the one at the enemy base.
-Warmasters can no longer be kited seperately along with the general, meaning everything must be killed inside the Generals room.
-This generally means, that now all the enemies towers must be destroyed in order to engage the enemy general.
-All timers have been reduced from 5 minutes to 4 minutes.
-All commanders and lieutenants have been removed, and most elites inside the bases are now non elites.
-You will no longer respawn at your tunnel entrance, unless it is the only GY available.
-Both captains have been nerfed (I'm not too sure of this, but Galvanger is now very easily 5 mannable, and doesnt spam Intimidating Shout as much as he used to).

My Wife plays here loads and seem s to ge getting less agroed with it!

So how are you all finding it!?

I prefer the new system although I havent had much chance to play it yet.

I love the new system! Would be great fun if we could join as group though, I thought they were going to change that?

It's being 'discussed'.

I think they will try and sort the gear matching system first.

I'm sad to see some of the Named Characters go... Mostly because I loved the big bloated Abomination Lt at the Horde base : /

I like how short it is, and it compared to the other bg's, it gives the most honor. The only thing i miss is summoning the lords and the air units.  I wish that they would shorten the mats needed and maybe nerf them a little bit.  It would still have that AV feel, without the 12 hour AV time.

not sure about the groups hate getting 10 man and 15 man pre made in WSG and AV they really have the advantage with the organisation - or maybe thats horde.

Not sure about AV either as its now just a requirement to take the towers rather than an option - i guess it makes the towers more meaningful. The overall picture is that more organisation is needed with hinds the alliance!! but to be fair we still win one or two so its not as bad as WSG or AB

I( have played a fair few AV's now and as much as i think they are really good im soo fed up with the alliance gettin whooped every time. Problem is there is always like 39 horde and 18-23 alliance. Why is this so? Its so bullsh#t!! Never seemed to have this problem on other BG's but i have never seen alliance do even remotely well on AV...always get smashed!!! Just doin it for the marks now really.
