Yep read and got both the archive and the trilogy on the war of the ancients (first coming of the demons, sargaras, well of eternity, etc). Also in the archive is a nice read about Mediv and how he lets the orcs in along with some back story to Khadgar (mage guy in shatt next to a'dal)

I agree with most of this - not having any blood elf presance near the dungeon when its obvious a key threat to quel'danas is strange.

TBH i dont think the alliance has any significant meaning to fight at zul'aman and zul'jin, they took heavy losses first time around and they where fighting to help the blood elfs who are now the enemy of the alliance.

There no threat at all because the old alliance lands (now plaguelands) are the closest to zul'aman and they are all overun with scourge. I dont think any remanants of stormgarde are to be found - im sure they all moved south (via a boat) to stormwind (hence its good lore for stormwind to now have a harbour), but yes maybe the dwarfs of hinterlands, the league or arathor or even the argent dawn could of got involved from the alliance point of view - if it was a threat.

Again with the animal gods i agree, i think it would be more interesting to have a "horde" of trolls to fight in one massive fight rather than animal gods that have no value/purpose/threat to the world. As it was a masse of trolls that was a threat in the first place!

Night elf city? near menethil harbour? Not sure about that? Erm if u can head up to the thandol span (top of the wetlands) theres a few quests there to do - your pally mate will get a nice lion head shield - which should last him a good number of levels. My advice is not to hit stranglethorn too early - the later u enter the place the sooner you leave! Although i guess its a bit easier with level 30 mount.
