2  Guilds / Twilight Rising / Re: Newly nerfed raids...any interest on: October 30, 2008, 06:01:16 PM
MH is pretty tactics heavy as well to be honest, so no major difference based on what we start with.

Indeed my point is (not that I particularly made one in the previous post) that the first boss is easier and in my mind achievable by a raid group that has not had much in the way of raid practise or coherence.

Or... who cares we can go where ever not much time left for any of them anyway.

Not that I'm a cynic or anything but how about starting with something that is doable like the first boss in MH?  Taking people a lot of whom have not done any serious raiding in sometime to BT is kinda like taking lemmings to a bridge.

There are more complex tactics involved in BT so it is not just go pew pew tis all nerfed and easy...

OK so I am a cynic but even still maybe a bit of walking before running is sensible.

Happy to come along Fri or at the weekend if you do not get anywhere tomorrow.  I think Xzara will come too.

Err yeah it's looking like I won't be able to make it tonight (on the bright side I get to retire in 32 years......).  So maybe Saturday night if that suits more peoples.

Is anybody interested in a Kara run tomorrow (Wednesday) night?

I want another roll for that axe.  That and I still need a few bits from the earlier bosses so a clear up to and including Curator would be nice.

Apparently there is going to be a new Kara boss and a quest to kill him introduced for the event... Sounds like it might get more Kara interest again Smiley

Retri really has got more bang.  Nearly every annoying belf healy pally that was nigh on impossible to kill has specced retri and they are deadly.  In the past they were mildly annoying but now...   I spawned in WSG this morning and was two shotted by a retri before I new what hit me.  As one does I hunted the fecker down and thought I'll teach this wee... and well yeah not quite two shotted me but pretty close.  It will be interesting to see what happens to you fellas as there is a fair bit of whining that you are overpowered.  My spidey senses feel a nerf coming Smiley  Matters little I suppose as we're all going to be zombies soon anyway.
9  World of Warcraft / PvP / Re: PvP honour etc with WotLK on: October 21, 2008, 02:43:06 PM
Why don't they just admit they don't know Smiley

You may have hit the nail on the head there.
10  World of Warcraft / PvP / PvP honour etc with WotLK on: October 21, 2008, 10:34:13 AM
I have read plenty of conflicting posts about whether honour will be reset or not.  Somebody made just such a post on the US forums and the answer is that honour and tokens will NOT be reset but arena points WILL be reset:
