I'm a bit bored with mages at the moment but the new frost tree will give quite a boost to mage PvP abilities. It might make it worth levelling a mage to 80.  I would say imba but all classes seem to have new "IMBA" abilities.  Fire still looks to be the damage tree but even more mana dependant.  The arcane tree still looks like waste of space (In my opinion obviously:)).

Warrior changes look awesome for tanks.  Tanking multiple mobs is getting quite a boost.  The new talents for the fury tree looks like they were added by somebody who had ran out of ideas (seriously Titan's grip?) while the arms tree looks like it will get a nice boost for the grind to 80 and PvP beyond.

From just reading the talents of death knights they sound absolutely fecking awesome.  I don't see any tank specific talents so maybe they won't be as capable tanks as people seem to think.  If they are I can see it becoming World Of Death Knight...

Make with the improved divine spirit or the viking smiley gets it....

I lurve shadow priests...  and I fall into the (very comfortable) trap of not giving a dam about your DPS just keep my mana coming. 

Although on that note I think resto shamans generally offer much better mana regen. The problem with ShadowPs is the variable mana regen rates that they pump out.  Is this based on DPS, so more DPS the better returns from VT?

There is an unofficial WOTLK wiki that is posting info on future class enhancements.  I won't post the link because as I said it is unofficial and I'm sure you can find it yourself .  There are also a lot of spoilers about the future dungeons and lands so you may want to give it a miss as it will spoil the surprise.

One thing that has been officially announced and was leaked some time ago by said wiki was that Stormwind is going to have a port!!!  That is just going to be weird...

On another note I am already bored to tears with the new dailies.  I think Blizz need to rethink their quest mentality as it is pushing the economy way beyond the grasp of people like me that just can't stand the brainless grind...  More dailies means more repetitive game play and if I wanted that I'd go and play a platform game.

It's not a bad idea.  I think a 12 or 24 hour delay before you can spec back (free of course) is a good idea. 

Although changing spec at lvl 70 is way more than simply retraining.  My frost mage could respec fire but considering I have 5 epics that give me only frost damage I would be going from a pretty high damage Arcane/Frost mage to a meh damage fire mage.

I'm sure that this hits some classes more.  A Pally switching from heal to tank would need an almost full gear change  Getting a full healing set and then a full tanking set to give you enough stamina and 490 defense will take some time.

I still like the idea though especially for those of us who manage to spend more than we make in Outlands
