It's taken you till now to know about not messing with Da Shingy?

I have to say, even though I’d briefly seen some of the content in Beta I’d purposely kept my expectations low as not to be disappointed.

Corley summed Burning Crusade up perfectly whilst chatting last night “Hellfire was ok, but then after the initial feeling, it just subsided into more of the same”.

Lich King is something different…. Very different.

Myself, Xak, Corley, Anth and Zent ended up grouping last night and after heading to the Howling Fjords (just to be different) we were amazed.

Right from the boat narrowly fitting through the canyons on the way into the port and us making some witty joke about Titanic, Corley being Leo and me be Kate we were absolutely gob-smacked as to the landscape.

We did about 2 of the first quests and upon passing the Keep, Corley ran off into the distance screaming something about it being rude not to stick our noses in the first 5 man.  So we did.

About an hour later we were standing over the dead corpse of the last boss.

Absolutely awesome place, if this is a sign of the things to come, the expansion isn’t going to meet everyone’s expectation…. It’s going to blow it away.
