HI....

I just wondered if the renasa wher leveledd like the BG's...i.e. if you are a leveel 38 you will go against other poeple of a simliar level.....or is it not done like that?Huh

I think you can only enter arenas at level 60 (or mebbe 61) but only for non competitive skirmish matches.

Currently, you have to be 70 to join a team and earn points.
