seems that the full 1.5 gig patch have been released for the EU-realms now aswell.
 anyway if your havign some problems download the patch with the background downloader, note that you can just open:
World of Warcraft\cache\BackgroundDownload.torrent and just open it with your normal .torrent program and download it that way instead.

also for additional mirrors you can check http://www.wowwiki.com/Patch_mirrors

also note patch is planned to go live next week being the 15th okt for eu-realms and 14th okt for us-realms

note that addon sites will be heavly loaded at this time so using for example wowaceupdater from wowace.com or wowmatrix from wowmatrix.com for updating addons is recomended.
Personaly I perfer wowace seing as most addon developers update their addons there first. also it seems to be working alot faster then wowmatrix does.

there are 2 parts the first part has been avaible for download for a very long time, then the day before yesterday they added the last part meaning overall your patch files should take 1.5gig

for some more overlook first part of the patch is 2.4.3-3.0.1 and the 2nd part is 3.0.1-3.0.2

Seems like the last stage patch on 70mb has been avaible for download aswell now. overall its 1.57gig now then.

indeed, since its using "randomly" different port ranges for transfering it that means the downloading time goes like 10 times slower then if it would been downloaded thrue your normal torrent app wiht a active open port.

This patch download hasn't been the most painless I've experienced.... and it seems there are alot of people out there who have suffered a similar problem.

The third part of the patch (~70 meg) persisted in downloading incorrectly for me via the blizzard downloader. So it recognised it was corrupt - and permanently stayed at 99%. If it's to be believed, apparently this part of the patch via Blizzard HTTP Direct Download is seeding data intended for MACs instead of PCs.

I found a solution to this on the forums - so I thought I would share, as this doesn't seem to be that uncommon.

Following these steps resolved my patch corruption and I've now been able to get a clean copy of all 1.57g.

The torrent doesn't work with uTorrent. Background downloader as started working again shit slowly lol.
