I think that as tanks are lacking on my server I will come up with one of them

Tank Class,

This is a mix of both the Mage and Warrior but with a twist.

The Dragon Lord's 

Dragon Lord's can be a raging magical power house, with the abilities to protect and cause devastating damage. They cause magical damage from close combat to large areas with either Fire, Ice or water Aspects at there control. They also have the ability to enchant weapons with there magical buff to party members. Dragon Lords are Mana based, fighting multiple opponents at once will increase there power, with each blow against them increasing there spirit and their Mana regeneration in combat.

The Dragon Lord's are mainly tanks but have the ability to cause major agro through there Area of Effect spells. Their magical powers come from the area around them and if you fight in a water based land you will get a additional buff to your water spells this also applies to there Fire and Ice spells.

The Dragon lord is a powerful opponent with the ability to keep the attention of other mob's, there ability to blink a mob to them makes them especially powerful.

Information   

Strengths 
 
Able to use all armour
Very high hit points 
Great close range magical skills 
Ability to pull power from his surroundings to give enchanting buffs   
Ability to Magically relocate an enemy to his location   


Weaknesses
No healing ability available
Limited long range damage capability
Limited ability to buff party members

Allowable Races: Human, Gnome, Dwarf, Orc, Blood Elf and Troll

Standard Bars: Health/Mana

Allowable equipment: Cloth, Leather, Mail, Plate (with training), Shields
Allowable weapons: All (Excluding Bows, Throwing Weapons, Cross Bows, )

Dragon Lord's        18           16        22        25       24        47        60


Racial Traits
At Higher levels (maybe) have the ability to ransform into a Dragon  (Elite mega Quest)
The ability to Enchant using the power of there surroundings
Ability to blink an enemy to there location.
Mana Regeneration in Combat when hit.
Can HS to the Kirin Tor (like the Druid to Moon Glade)

Maybe to have these special abilities when in areas that have the following environments.
I think that these should be a little over powered as you can only use one depending on the environment.

Ice - Mind Freeze- Has a 20 second duration and ticks every 5 causing the target to stun for 2 seconds.

Fire - Flame of Krasus -  Burns the target causing DoT for 20 seconds ticks every 5 but is cast on an AoE.

Water - Drowning Essence - Drowns the target with DoT for 20 seconds ticks every 5, also slows the target by 50% for 20 seconds

Earth - Earth Binding - Calls upon the power of the earth and gives a Elemental minion that will fight for you for 10 mins (30 mins Cool down)

Shadow - Twisted Hate - Causes a DoT that ticks for 20 secs with Damage every 5 seconds but then deals 10% of your total health as a final Blow. (If this fails to kill the target something evil maybe called into combat to fight against you! (This would be a std, non elite, mob maybe like a shadow fiend that is called at the same level as the caster.) (Insert evil laugh here)
