OK this isnt really roleplay its kinda describing real non-wow events but whatever =)
It was midday, and the sun was at its peak. Bright rays of golden light pierced through the sky, casting light upon all and leaving no shadow. We marched onto the field, ignoring the strong gust of wind that was blowing into our faces. The wind rushed through my shirt, the sun glared at me, making my skin tingle, but I noticed none of this. The croad roared, anticipating the match to come, but I heard not. All my attention was fixed upon the enemy. I was at the back of the battlefield, standing in a defensive stance, ready to counter the onslaught. As the sound of a whistle pierced through the air, I thought to myself:

"This is it"

This was the moment I was waiting for; the one chance to prove myself as a true football player. As the sound of the whistle pierced through the cold air, I waited impatiently for the attack of the enemy. And then it happened. A striker from the red team was approaching, running top speed towards our goal. He was running down the right wing, still in midfield, and I had time to reach him. He dribbled past me, and in desperation I tackled him. By miracle, my attack was successful: the ball was mine. I stood there, shocked.

"The ball is mine. THE BALL IS MINE!!!"

I looked around in puzzlement, wondering what on earth I would do. I could see no teammates close enough to pass the ball to. I started moving feebly, gradually gaining momentum. I had the ball, but what on earth was I to do with it? Adrenaline pumped in my veins, the crowd roared, and I was in a state of stress, nervousness, ecstacy and exhiliration, all at the same time. Which meant that I was not very concentrated. I was running away from my goal, halfway towards the other side. Suddenly, I looked in front of me.
Time stopped.
In front of me was big Bill. And Big Bill meant trouble. BB was by no means very intelligent, but he compensated this by being of massive proportions. He was literally a machine: pure muscle. As it dawned upon Bill that the ball was in front of him, I watched with horror, helpless, as he snarled and rised his foot, preparing to shoot. My last thought was of the ball; I saw my midfielder standing by, and I passed the ball towards him. I didnt even look to see if I had succeeded; all my attention was upon Bill. His face altered slightly, reflecting irritation, but he could not stop now. His size 48 foot crushed me. With a loud crack, my ankle snapped. The only thing I remember before I blacked out was pain, spreading through my body and towards my brain like a contagious disease.

This narrative is based upon real events, (somewhat exaggerated. well ok, exaggerated a lot.  Cheesy Wink) Monday, 25th of February, 15:50
