Private number plates have to be registered or they will be stopped, gotta love the police over here that now have machines which scan plates and look for matches before they even stop you. Police epics ftw!

Chavs cant read so the number plate wont be a problem. I could also add some lemon juice to the water to temprarily blind them so stop being a whinge bag!
