Blizzard poster "Vaneras" has released some interesting information about some of the class-specific changes coming in Patch 2.4.

Druid
Lacerate: This ability now deals additional damage based on the attack power of the Druid.

Mage
Spellsteal will no longer overwrite a longer duration buff.

Priest
Fear Ward: is now usable while in Shadow form.

Shaman
Healing Grace: This talent now reduces the chance your spells will be dispelled by 10/20/30%.

Warlocks
Ritual of Summoning can be used to summon players into instances if they meet the instance requirements.

Warriors
Endless Rage now gives warriors significantly more rage.
Whirlwind: Critical strikes with the off-hand weapon from this ability can now trigger Flurry and Rampage.

This list is not complete - there will likely be more class changes by the time the patch is released, and of course these are subject to change depending on how they look during testing on the Public Test Realms (PTRs).

Still, there's some very interesting looking changes - not least the improvement to the Warlock summon now being able to summon a player directly to their location, even within instances.
